The Old Market Hall in The Square houses one of the UK's smallest and most historic cinemas and a café bar.

Given their picturesque country location, Wisteria holiday cottages are an ideal base to explore the Shropshire countryside. Trips to the Stiperstones, Long Mynd, Wenlock Edge and Offa's Dyke which are renowned for great walks make great days out. Shropshire has many English Heritage and National Trust sites too, including Attingham Park and Wroxeter Roman City. Castles including Stokesay Castle, Ludlow Castle and Whittington are all an easy drive from Wisteria Cottages. For Golfers, Shrewsbury Golf Course at Condover is just 5 minutes away. There is also a riding school very close by.
